Paid services begin only after Bella Vorn and the client agree to a separate written proposal, contract, statement of work, or similar agreement. That agreement will control the project's deliverables, responsibilities, payment schedule, revisions, ownership, licenses, cancellation rights, and timeline. If it conflicts with these website terms, the signed project agreement controls for that engagement.

Pricing and Availability

Prices displayed on the website are starting points or current package information and may change without notice. Final pricing depends on the approved scope and is confirmed in writing. Submitting an inquiry or booking a call does not reserve availability or obligate either party to begin a project.

Portfolio and Concept Work

Work labeled "Concept Project" is an original design demonstration created to show Bella Vorn's capabilities and creative direction. It is not represented as completed client work, a client endorsement, or evidence of results achieved for another business.

Unless otherwise stated, the website's branding, text, layouts, graphics, original concept work, and other content are owned by or licensed to Bella Vorn Designs and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
