Bella Vorn Designs ("Bella Vorn," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through bellavorn.com, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information You Provide

When you submit a project inquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, business or brand name, service interest, estimated budget, desired timeline, project goals, and consultation preference.

When you join the Digital Shop early access list, we collect your name, email address, and selected product interest so we can send relevant launch announcements and product previews.

When you schedule a discovery call, Google Calendar may collect your name, email address, selected appointment time, and any information you add to the booking. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information through our forms or booking page.

Technical Information

Our hosting and analytics provider may automatically process basic technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, including IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs, page views, referring pages, approximate location, and device type. The inquiry form also uses browser storage to count recent submission attempts within a 15-minute period and reduce spam. This information is used in aggregate and is not used for advertising.

How We Use Information

We use information collected through the site to:

• review and respond to project inquiries;
• prepare for and conduct consultation calls;
• discuss services, scope, timelines, and potential engagements;
• manage the Digital Shop early access list and send requested launch updates;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website; and
• comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell personal information or use inquiry information for third-party behavioral advertising.

Service Providers

We use service providers to operate the website and communicate with prospective clients. These currently include:

• Vercel for website hosting, delivery, security, and privacy-focused web analytics;
• FormSubmit for transmitting project-inquiry submissions; and
• Google for Gmail, Calendar, and Google Meet.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer.

Cookies and Analytics

Bella Vorn uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, popular pages, referral sources, and important actions such as booking and inquiry conversions. Vercel Web Analytics does not use third-party tracking cookies and is not used to identify individual visitors. The limited browser storage described above is used only for form security.

Retention and Security

We retain inquiry and scheduling information only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your Choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you submitted to Bella Vorn. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when permitted or required for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes. You can clear browser storage through your browser settings.

Children and International Visitors

This website is intended for business owners and adults and is not directed to children under 13. Bella Vorn operates in the United States, and information may be processed and stored in the United States by us and our providers.
